Theme Park
Our people create the fun in the Theme Park and bring it alive – and for that you need to want to talk to our guests and make them feel special.
Our Experience Hosts, Operators and Team Leaders work across the Theme Park, operating our fast-paced Thrill rides or our children-friendly Family rides.
Our Commercial Hosts are responsible for all of the shops, cafes and restaurants, and delivering a top quality service.
Host roles require you to work outside in the open air, come rain or shine. All the roles in this section are guest-facing, and need people who are switched-on to customer service and serious about fun!
We look ideally for people who can work any five days a week. But if this isn't possible, we're also able to offer flexible hours which balance our needs with yours.
We recruit front-line Hosts and promote our best people-managers to Team Leaders: if you show promise and an ability to rise to a challenge during the assessment stages you may be taken on as a Team Leader straight away. We give everyone an equal chance to prove their leadership potential, and most of our current team leaders and managers have been promoted through the years, building an enviable career in the process!
