We have two amazing themed hotels, a Caribbean Waterpark, a relaxing Spa and an enormous Conference Centre, all of which need a range of different skills.
If you have a talent for looking after people and helping them to enjoy themselves this could be the place for you. Our hotel guests can be with us for a number of days, so you'll have plenty of opportunity to make their stay fantastic.
We have opportunities in our restaurants and bars for Food and Bar service assistants who must be able to work quickly and efficiently but at the same time give our guests that all important one-to-one service.
The same is true for our Front of House team, who create that crucial first impression when our guests arrive.
Whilst working behind the scenes, our Housekeeping team need to be friendly, fast and efficient, while also mindful to do that bit extra to make our guests feel welcome.
Our Lifeguard and Waterpark Attendant teams need to mix concentration with fun to make sure that our guests not only have a fantastic time in our phenomenal “Cariba Creek” waterpark, but are always kept safe too.
In all the teams, the majority of our team leaders and managers have been promoted from front line positions – we love to give everyone every chance to build a brilliant career here, not only at Alton Towers, but across Merlin Entertainments Group.
